rvs 0.14 release series

The 0.14 line is a coordinated breaking update. Internal repository native URLs now use the ID-based target in/ar_...; the former in_.../ar_... form no longer works. The name-based target remains namespace_name/repository_name.

RVS 0.14 does not migrate configuration schema 5. After upgrading, sign in and select the account and repository again:

rvs art select namespace-name/repository-name

Regenerate manual setup with rvs art native config TOOL. Any hand-written registry URL must use the new in/ar_... route. Namespace membership and repository permissions are still checked against the repository’s current namespace; the shorter URL does not broaden access.
